We accept returns for unused or gently used items in their original, undamaged packaging within a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Bags of Food being returned must complete the Consumer Return Form in store by an associate and we must have the original bag of food with the UPCs attached, or credit will not be issued. We have special terms and conditions for product guarantees such as West Paw, Lupine, Naturvet and Woof Pet returns. Those items have a one-time guarantee for damages. Returned items must meet these conditions to qualify for a cash refund, store credit or exchange unless otherwise specified.
